The Sports Physiotherapy is an autonomous area within the physiotherapy.
The target group are athletes during the construction phase of the training
or rehabilitation after injury or surgery.
The physical therapist combines his knowledge of sports and illness or
injury, so as to ensure an optimal prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.
Knowledge and analysis of the sport tell the sports physiotherapist
the demands made on the injured structure. Special exercises can improve
the resilience.
