Posture training and axxis corrrection
Scope of posture training and axxis correction
Posture training is based on an analysis of the posture, the supporting muscles, joint function, such as the mobility of the spine and the statics of the body with its main axes.
Various physiotherapy methods are used for examinateion, e.g. the muscle function test.
Subsequently posture corrections are acquired, which fit into one’s everyday life.
Shortened muscles are stretched, weak muscles are strengthened,
movement restrictions will be mobilized and reversible axis shifts corrected.
