Benefits of the Pilates-Method
Pilates is a safe, gentle yet highly effective training method.
From a physiotherapists perspective, it is highly recommendable, since
it enables deep-situated weak muscles and therefore protects important
joints and also the spine. Alongside rump stabilization the joint flexibility
needed is given at all time
Therfore Pilates is excellent when it comes to additional therapy support of following symptoms:
